IN PROCESSING

- Experimenting with fermentation techniques and drying innovations to enhance flavour profiles.
- Quality control labs to test for moisture, acidity, and flavour scoring at the source.
IN ROASTING
- Building an in-house artisan roastery that focuses on small-batch, specialty-grade roasting.
